Asher Checks in with Michaela
Asher finds Michaela at Annalise's house to discuss what happened the night before. Asher tells Michaela about how much he thoroughly enjoyed it. Michaela asks Asher if they're about to do it again before they start kissing. With Caleb out of the picture, will Michaela see a future with Asher?
Nate Meets Annalise's Family
Annalise runs off to Memphis, Tennessee, after she learns Frank was the one that killed Lila Stangard. Nate visits Annalise in Memphis to tell her about the possible charges ADA Denver is planning to move forward with. Annalise's mother invites Nate (Billy Brown) to stay for dinner with the family. Annalise can't stand the fact that her absentee father is giving parenting advice during dinner. All the tension between them becomes apparent when Annalise makes a comment.
Annalise Writes a Letter to Her Deceased Son
Following their conversation in the kitchen where Annalise told her mother that she miscarried, Annalise's mother (Guest Star Cicely Tyson) wakes her in the middle of the night to go to the yard. She instructs Annalise to write a letter to her son that passed away and bury it in the yard. Annalise breaks down when she tells her mom that his name was Sam.

Annalise Reveals the Hapstall Killer
ADA Denver is about to press charges against Annalise but she comes prepared with a wealth of evidence that Caleb Hapstall killed his aunt and parents. Annalise pieces together all of the evidence provided by Philip (Guest Star Jefferson White) and a statement from Catherine Hapstall (Guest Star Amy Okuda) to pin the murders on Caleb. ADA Denver takes everything from Annalise and decides to move forward with charges against Caleb Hapstall. We also see Caleb dead in a bathtub with his wrists slit.
Why Frank Owed Sam a Favor
Frank rushes to the hospital after Annalise's car accident. Frank tells Sam Keating (Guest Star Tom Verica) that he got paid to plant a bug in the room and they must've organized a car accident to prevent her from reporting Mahoney to the authorities. Sam slams Frank into the wall and tells him there's no way Annalise can ever know what happened. Following this confrontation, Sam never lets Frank forget that he owes him a favor (aka killing Lila Stangard). Annalise can't forgive Frank for what he did and tells Bonnie that he needs to go. Where will Frank go?
Wes Finds Wallace Mahoney
Wes wants to find out if Wallace Mahoney is his father. He waits for Wallace outside his building and approaches him before he enters his car. Wes's conversation ends abruptly when Wallace is shot and killed. Will Wes ever find out the truth?
