Haley (Sarah Hyland) manages to get an interview for an assistant position with snooty fashion designer Gavin Sinclair (guest star Michael Urie), and she spends a lot of time secretly preparing for it. Andy the manny (guest star Adam DeVine) helps her prep for the interview, but Claire (Julie Bowen) mistakes all that time they're spending together as something more romantic than career-oriented.
