Jimmy Kimmel got emotional when speaking of his newborn son's medical condition. Billy was born with a heart disease. Doctors were able to successfully operate and fix one of two defects. Jimmy in reflecting on this drama stated President Trump last month suggested a 6 billion dollar cut to the National Institute of Health. Jimmy is thankful his congressman made a deal not to go along with that cut tearfully saying, "no parent should have to decide if they can afford to save their child's life."
