At the age of 10, Bishop invented a lifesaving device to prevent hot car deaths. Three years later, he has a patent for the device he calls Oasis. Oasis is a child-heatstroke prevention device. If a child is left in a hot car, the device uses a fan system to cool the child and the car. While that happens, the device sends an alert to the parents and alerts authorities if the parents don’t react.
