Chef Manuel Mendoza is infusing amazing meals with Cannabis to create a dining experience you will never forget, while also normalizing public perception of the plant. To do this he started Herbal Notes! He says his childhood neighborhood, Pilsen, influenced his career. Mendoza is Mexican and Salvadorian and infuses his culture in his foods. He brought those skills to his business. Mendoza's goal is to educate people on cannabis as well as advocate for people of color who are imprisoned for non-violent marijuana-related offenses.
