Eugene Council volunteers his time in the hot sun to make a path so people have a safer way to walk to their destinations. He does it because these people do not have alternative ways to commute. Maintenance crews have made it difficult for him, but he maintains a positive attitude. He continues to be inspired by drivers who pass by and thank him for what he is doing.
