Just in time for Halloween, a look inside Houston’s oldest building which is also home to Houston’s most haunted bar, La Carafe. Regulars say they’ve felt a woman dressed in gauzy white try to push them down the stairs, have heard ghosts of young children playing on the 2nd floor, and hear the spirit of a bartender named Carl make his presence known with a disembodied voice at last call.
