Dre (Anthony Anderson) asks his coworkers about their views on spoiling their kids. Mr. Stevens (guest star Peter MacKenzie) believes in buying his kids what they want, while Charlie (guest star Deon Cole) has a different perspective since nothing was ever handed to him, especially taffy.
