Ultimate obstacle course offers fun way to stay fit
With gyms closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Angelica Rivas, owner of Functional Movement and Performance Training, had an idea.“Let’s just make a playground outside”, Rivas recalls. Rivas designed and oversaw the construction of the ultimate obstacle course for fitness. “Every obstacle is assigned to be core, legs, arms, cardio”, Rivas explains, “It’s a full-body, functional, movement pattern”.Trainees will climb cargo nets and ropes, maneuver across logs and hay bales, and even tackle obstacles like pegboards and monkey bars. Rivas created the course to be challenging, but fun! For more information about the course, visit pronzinifarms.com.
