Perquita Burgess, one of Bill O'Reilly's latest sexual harassment accusers, speaks out for the first time on 'The View.' Burgess recounts the alleged sexual harassment to the co-hosts saying she was 'mortified' by the grunts and comments including being referred to as 'hot chocolate,' made towards her by the former FOX News host. Burgess, who was working as a temp at the time of the incident, has tweets from 2010 complaining about O'Reilly which her attorney Lisa Bloom says backs up the claims.
