Dance company offers free tranquility sessions for health care workers
After the curtains closed on Battery Dance, a New York-based dance company, when the coronavirus pandemic hit the non-profit organization wasn’t sure what they were going to do next. However, president of Battery Dance Company, Jonathan Hollander, decided to launch an online platform where everyone can get involved and participate in dance classes virtually. ”The “Mindful Movement” sessions are only 15 minutes long and are conducted by a dancer from the Battery Dance Company across the globe.
