What you’ll need: - 2 ½ cups sugar- 2 egg whites- 1 teaspoon light corn syrup- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract- CornstarchMix the wet ingredients together then add to the sugar. Mix until it reaches a sand-like texture, making sure all wet ingredients are incorporated. Brush cornstarch onto a flat baking sheet to prevent sticking.
