With families all over the nation quarantining at home, Katherine Schilling wanted to help bring a little brightness to her neighborhood. She started a Facebook page called “Rainbows Over”, which encourages people to create rainbows out of whatever supplies they have on hand! Her movement went viral, with people around the world joining in!
