As Chimney (Kenneth Choi) suffers with viral encephalitis from a call the team responded to last week, he's confused and getting weaker as swelling in his brain worsens. There's concern of permanent brain damage if he doesn't get treatment soon -- which is challenging because Chimney doesn't even know he's Chimney right now. But he's still got Chimney in his brain for now, as he responds to an accident with a calm and composed manner, triaging the scene like a pro.
