Our America: Living While Black Roundtable
From an OBGYN fighting for equal access to neo-natal care for Black mothers in Chicago, to a formerly homeless college professor working to end homelessness through social work in New York, and a mother of a son with a developmental disability who fears for his life when interacting with police, these three individuals are featured in the groundbreaking docuseries, Our America: Living While Black. We sat down to discuss their work towards change, what "Our America" means to them, and what gives them hope for the future.
