Original 'Rosie the Riveter' Celebrates 100th Birthday
Elinor Otto, an original "Rosie the Riveter," rings in her 100th birthday in her hometown of Long Beach, CA at the bar that bears her name: Elinor Drinkery. Otto, considered to be the longest-working Rosie, worked until she was 95-years-old building airplanes with a rivet gun. Up until five years ago Elinor was building airplanes that you may have flown on.
