Bucks County Biscotti has been baking handmade artisanal biscotti for 25 years out of their Farmhouse in Hilltown, Pa. When COVID-19 hit and closed 99% percent of their customers businesses it was their son Riley, who had just joined on as a partner, that would bring the skill set to pivot and possibly save the biscotti.
