Alex tells Jo he doesn't want to fight over her interest in the army, which does nothing but cause a fight. Jo wants to know what Alex's problem is. The idea sounded interesting, and for a moment Jo thought she and Alex could go and work in the field together. He explains that he finally found his place. It's at Grey Sloan.
