Baker Jack Phillips and his lawyer, Kristen Waggoner, appeared on 'The View' in an exclusive interview. Jack is speaking out as he was charged with a discrimination lawsuit for refusing to bake a cake for a gay wedding. He feels this charge violated his religious freedom and the Supreme Court has agreed to hear his case. He tells the co-hosts that he would have gladly sold the gay couple anything else in the store just not a wedding cake. He was not judging them in any way.
