Grey's Anatomy Season 12 Episode 20 Sneak Peek: Callie’s Life-Changing Decision Makes Arizona Furious

Coming up on Grey's Anatomy Season 12, Episode 20, "Trigger Happy" airing THURSDAY APRIL 21, 8|7c, a team of the top doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial, including Alex, Owen and Amelia, work frantically to save the life of a young boy with a gun shot wound. The boy was accidentally shot while he and a friend were playing unsupervised with his mother's gun. Meanwhile, Arizona is upset when Callie tries to make an important decision about their daughter Sofia's future without consulting her.

In the Grey's Anatomy sneak peek below from "Trigger Happy," Amelia and Owen, part of the team fighting to save Brandon, the 8-year-old boy who got shot when the gun went off, step away to give his mother an update on his condition. When the other boy involved in the incident, Peter, tearfully asks if he killed his friend, Amelia immediately jumps in to say no. But as they head back to surgery, Owen points out they don't know if what Amelia told him is true.

In another sneak peek from "Trigger Happy," Callie is gung-ho about her new plan to follow Penny to New York, but Arizona is not happy that Callie assumes Sofia will go with her. Arizona, who recently paid a visit to April's attorney, arranges to meet with Callie to discuss the big move. While Callie arrives armed with brochures for schools and news of an apartment with two bedrooms, Arizona informs Callie she can't take Sofia to New York. In a custody battle between these two moms, who would win? Definitely not Sofia...
