Watch an ABC News Exclusive Report on the National Security Agency

ABC News announced an exclusive report featuring never-before-seen access inside one of the most heavily-guarded and secretive places on earth – the National Security Agency (NSA) – as the United States experiences an unprecedented surge in cyberattacks. Chief justice correspondent Pierre Thomas will take viewers inside the NSA's Integrated Cyber Center, complete with what is known as the Battle Bridge, where no network cameras have ever been before. Thomas will sit down with NSA director and head of U.S. Cyber Command, General Paul Nakasone, for an exclusive interview at NSA's Fort Meade campus in Maryland to discuss how the country's most sophisticated electronic spy agency is trying to use its powerful technology and expertise in protecting the nation from an ever-increasing number of cyberattacks – including ransomware attacks like the Colonial Pipeline, which stunned millions of Americans this past spring. The exclusive report will air across ABC News programs and platforms, beginning with Good Morning America on Friday, Nov. 19, and continuing on World News Tonight with David Muir, Nightline, ABC News Live Prime, ABC Digital, ABC News Audio and NewsOne, and on Sunday, Nov. 21, on "This Week with George Stephanopoulos."
