A Decade of Grey's: Alex Karev Then and Now

Grey's Anatomy first premiered on March 27, 2005, so in honor of its incredible 10th Anniversary, we want to take a look back at the five cast members who have been there since the beginning. Justin Chambers (Alex Karev), Ellen Pompeo (Meredith Grey), James Pickens Jr. (Richard Webber), Chandra Wilson (Miranda Bailey) and Patrick Dempsey (Derek Shepherd) have provided us with a decade of laughter, tears and jaw-dropping moments. The characters they play have all found a way into our hearts. It's been so much fun watching them grow over the years — especially one Dr. Alex Karev.
