A Decade of Grey's: Miranda Bailey Then and Now

Grey's Anatomy first premiered on March 27, 2005, so in honor of its incredible 10th Anniversary, we want to take a look back at the five cast members who have been there since the beginning. Chandra Wilson (Miranda Bailey), Justin Chambers (Alex Karev), Ellen Pompeo (Meredith Grey), James Pickens, Jr. (Richard Webber), and Patrick Dempsey (Derek Shepherd) have provided us with a decade of laughter, heartbreak and countless jaw-dropping moments. Dr. Bailey has especially been through ups and downs throughout the last ten years with regards to her career and love life. She has remained resilient in her teaching and has finally found love. Let's take a look at Bailey then... and now!
