Jeff Bridges On the Art of Chilling

On the February 4, 2015 episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, none other than The Dude, Jeff Bridges stopped by.

He talks about his new album, The Sleeping Tapes, which is music designed to help you fall asleep. He then offers Jimmy a guest spot on his next album doing some "sleep humming."

 Jimmy tells Jeff that he seems to be one of the most relaxed guys around, but Jeff confesses, "It's an act. I'm an actor."
