"Dublin Narcos" tells the story of the rise of addiction, violence and organized crime as the city evolves from an economic backwater in the 1980s to one of the wealthiest in Europe by the 1990s. Dublin's drug use shifts from heroin to ecstasy to cocaine as more traditional criminals are eventually supplanted by a new breed of trafficker.
