DWTS Season 24 Results: Bonner Bolton Voted Off!

SPOILERS AHEAD! Who was eliminated on Dancing with the Stars and who is headed for the semifinals? You'll find out here! It was "Trio Night" during Week 8 of Dancing with the Stars Season 24. Get a full recap of the evening as we take a look at how the remaining couples from the Dancing with the Stars 2017 cast did. In addition to an individual routine with their normal partner, each star had to take part in a trio dance as another pro dancer joined in for three times the fun. At the end of the evening, Bonner Bolton was voted off the show in the eighth elimination of the season. The semifinals are now set. Who will win the coveted Mirrorball Trophy? Rashad Jennings and Emma Slater did a Jive to "Shake a Tail Feather" by Ray Charles. Len wants Rashad to work on his footwork. Julianne thought it was such a fun way to kick off the night. Bruno loves how Rashad drives the performance to the hilt. Carrie Ann feels Rashad is a true entertainer. Scores of 9-9-9-9 from the judges for a total of 36 for this team's first dance.

A little later, temptress Witney joined the team for an Argentine Tango to "Dreams" by Gabrielle Aplin & Bastille. Scores of 10-9-10-10 from the judges for a total of 39.

Normani Kordei and Valentin Chmerkovskiy did a powerful Contemporary routine to "Freedom" by Anthony Hamilton and Elayna Boynton. Julianne was completely mesmerized by the performance. Bruno says no one can ever break Normani. Carrie Ann saw healing in the dance and Normani offered everyone who watched some healing, too. Len said the audience was spellbound and so was he. Scores of 10-10-10-10 from the judges for a perfect 40.

The team was later joined by Alan for a Jive to "Feeling Alive" by Earl St. Clair. Julianne thought Normani completely owned the stage. Bruno thought it was a glorious All-American jive. Carrie Ann called Normani an incredible actress. Len liked the dance but he didn't like that Normani did part of it on the judges' desk. Scores of 10-9-10-10 from the judges for a total of 39.

Bonner Bolton and Sharna Burgess did an Argentine Tango to "Believer" by Imagine Dragons. Bruno said Bonner made the most of what he had, but wants him to push to the next level. Carrie Ann saw some subtle changes but felt there may have been a lack of connection. Julianne remembers the Week 8 frustration this team was feeling. She felt they used that energy where she saw some improvement. Scores of 8-7-8-7 from the judges for a total of 30.

For their trio dance, the team was joined by Britt for a Jazz routine to "That's What I Like" by Bruno Mars. Carrie Ann thought the dance was kind of raunchy but wanted Bonner to pop more. Len also felt it was a little too raunchy, but Bonner got all the steps right. Scores of 7-7-7-7 from the judges for a total of 28.

Simone Biles and Sasha Farber did the Foxtrot to "What Makes You Beautiful" by One Direction. Carrie Ann said Simone hit every line with perfection, but wants to see more of her beauty. Len felt it was full of beautiful exuberance. Julianne thought the dance was a little safe and Bruno wants Simone to add the element of surprise to her routines. Scores of 9-9-9-9 from the judges for a total of 36.

Brittany hooked up with this team for a Paso to "Don't Let Me Down" by the Chainsmokers featuring Daya. Carrie Ann saw the improvement in the emotions and felt the magic and mystery of Simone's dance. Len wants her to lift up her game. Bruno felt Simone hit everything with ruthless efficiency. Scores of 9-9-9-9 from the judges for a total of 36.

David Ross and Lindsay Arnold did a Waltz to "Humble & Kind" by Tim McGraw. Len felt the this was David's best dance. Julianne added that David is what the show is all about and she loves how strong his partnership is with Lindsay. Bruno dubbed it the best father-daughter dance at a wedding ever seen. Carrie Ann called the dance "beautiful." Scores of 9-9-9-9 from the judges for a total of 36.

Wrapping up the trio dances, the team was joined by Hayley for a Paso to "Gangsta's Paradise" by 2WEI. Len didn't like the dance at all. Julianne felt it was strong, but David lacked shaping. Carrie Ann feels like David may have put most of his strategy into his first dance. Scores of 7-7-8-7 from the judges for a total 29.
