Grey's Anatomy Season 12 Episode 23 Sneak Peek: Stephanie and Kyle (Wilmer Valderrama) Get Serious

Coming up on Grey's Anatomy Season 12, Episode 23, "At Last" airing THURSDAY MAY 12, 8|7c, Owen and Amelia realize they want to take their relationship to the next level, Alex presses Jo for an answer to his question, and gains some clarity on their future together, and Callie and Arizona continue to struggle with their new, court-mandated custody arrangement. Stephanie, who broke up with MS patient Kyle Diaz (guest star Wilmer Valderrama), seriously regrets her the decision, and wants to take care of him when he ends up back in the hospital with worsening symptoms. 

In the Grey's Anatomy sneak peek below from "At Last," Edwards checks in on Kyle, who's awaiting another operation to treat his symptoms. Despite his initial hostility after getting dumped, Kyle admits he's missed her, and she clearly missed him too. He asks her to go on tour with him after he's better, but Stephanie reminds him she's not a groupie, she's a surgeon. But she does agree she wants to see Kyle perform. Then he gets serious, and asks her not to say things she doesn't mean, because he already has strong feelings for her. Watch the sneak peek below! 

Also coming up on "At Last," things are not looking good for Callie and Penny (Samantha Sloyan). Callie is devastated about losing custody of Sofia to Arizona, and seems to blame Penny. Though Penny tries to fix things, Callie seems uninterested in trying, making it known that she thinks a long distance relationship would be doomed to fail. Penny has to as, is Callie breaking up with her? Watch the scene now:
