Grey's Anatomy Season 12 Sneak Peek: Will Bailey Have to Punish Ben?
Coming up on Grey's Anatomy Season 12 two-hour event airing THURSDAY APRIL 14, 8|7c, after a missing child forces the hospital into lockdown, Ben decides to operate on a pregnant mother without the proper surgical equipment. Miranda, as Chief, is faced with the repercussions of the event and whether or not Ben's impulsive actions were justified. Bailey continues to deal with the aftermath of Ben's reckless decisions, and forms an advisory committee to recommend proper disciplinary action against him. Meanwhile, April and Jackson try to put their differences aside for the sake of their baby, and Arizona makes a decision that could affect her relationship with Callie forever.
In the Grey's Anatomy sneak peek below, Alex puts pressure on Chief Bailey to call a code pink when a young boy goes missing from the hospital. Security advises Bailey not to call the code, a security protocol which will lock the hospital down completely, potentially putting lives at risk. But when Karev asks Bailey, "What if it was Tuck?" she barely stops to think before calling the code pink. Did she make the right choice?
Sneak Peek: Bailey Makes a Tough Call
Later, Ben breaks hospital rules and procedures once again by performing an emergency C-section in the hallway. He tells Alex he had to do it to save the mother and baby, but Alex tersely replies they still might lose them both. Chief Bailey walks in, assesses the situation, and tries to pull her husband aside, but Ben brushes her off, not wanting to leave the patients.
