To celebrate the 12 Days of ABC, we're taking a look back at two steaming Hot Topics from "The View." Two of the most viewed Hot Topics from Season 19 include comedian Nicole Arbour defending her "Dear Fat People" YouTube video and Dr. Phil talking to the co-hosts about the Ashley Madison scandal which included Josh Duggar who was already embroiled in abuse allegations. Dr. Phil appeared on the September 14th, 2015 episode and spoke about how the Ashley Madison leak exposed thousands of people and possibly resulted in one suicide.  He also feels there is more behind the story of one of the exposed cheaters, "19 Kids and Counting" reality star Josh Duggar, who is already facing allegations he abused his sisters.
