The Oscars 2022 Adapted Screenplay nominations have been announced! Five films are now competing to take home the most prestigious award in film, the Oscar, with the winner revealed when The Oscars airs LIVE SUNDAY MARCH 27 8e/5p on ABC. The nominees for Adapted Screenplay are: CODA, DRIVE MY CAR, DUNE, THE LOST DAUGHTER and THE POWER OF THE DOG. THE POWER OF THE DOG received the most nominations this year with 12, while DUNE follows with 10 nominations. This is the third nomination and first in this category for Denis Villeneuve (DUNE). Oscars 2022 will be produced by Will Packer and will be held on Sunday, March 27, 2022, at the Dolby® Theatre at Hollywood & Highland® in Hollywood and will be televised live on ABC and in more than 200 territories worldwide.
