Mischa Barton's Dancing Journey
Mischa Barton began her successful film, television and stage career in the NY theater scene. For three seasons, she portrayed Marisa Cooper, on the wildly popular drama The O.C. Mischa has officially left those TV beach days behind to test the waters on Dancing with the Stars with pro partner Artem Chigvintsev. The team got off to a bumpy start and there were some rough rehearsal moments, but Mischa did improve enough to stay long enough to celebrate her Most Memorable Year before her Week 3 elimination. Opening Night: On the “Season Premiere,” Mischa took on a Tango to “In the Night” by The Weeknd. Carrie Ann knows how hard it is to get out on the stage when you are not a natural dancer, but was impressed by her spirit. Len didn’t feel she did a dance. It was more like walking. Good to have you back, Len.
Party Time: During the “Most Memorable Year” celebration, Mischa did a Samba to “Party in the USA” by Miley Cyrus. It couldn’t save her from elimination, but Mischa was all smiles during this particular routine. She looked like she was finally having some fun out there. See for yourself!
Mischa Says Goodbye: Though she improved as her Dancing Journey went on, Mischa Barton had to head home during Week 3 of the competition. Check out her farewell moment as she bids adieu to the ballroom.
