How to Get Away with Murder Season Finale: 25 Shockers!

Welcome to the Killer Moments for the Season 1 finale of How to Get Away with Murder. We've put together a rundown of the 25 biggest shocker and jaw-droppers from the "The Night Lila Died" and "It's All My Fault" episodes that made up the big finale. WARNING: There may be spoilers here. Now, onto the list!

#25 Makin’ Love Like It’s Nothin’ at All: Wes suspects that Rebecca may have killed Lila. Laurel convinces him to act as if nothing is wrong. He does so by making love to her in the apartment that once belonged to the eavesdropping Rudy Walters.

#24 Police Beat: Nate is denied bail. Annalise is ticked that he never fired his lawyer. She asks Frank to call in a favor. A short time later, Nate is beaten up in his cell.

#23 Unsuspecting Asher, Part I: Annalise has Frank and Bonnie send an unsuspecting Asher in to buddy up to the judge on Nate’s case. They snap pictures of the two of them acting chummy together. This leads to a conflict of interest charge and Nate's eventual release.

#22 The Proof Is in the Seduce: In the past, Rebecca seduces Griffin at his frat house while luring Lila there. An explosive confrontation takes place. Lila storms off.

#21 Tough Test: Connor is convinced by Oliver to get STD-tested. It’s an uncomfortable process as he must admit to all the men he’s had sex with, some in a careless manner.

#20 I’m Tellin’…Maybe: Frank lets Bonnie and Asher know that he may or may not tell Annalise about their secret relationship.

#19 Copping an Attitude: Wes, Laurel, Michaela and Connor confront Rebecca, who threatens to track down the campus cop who saw them the night they were transporting Sam’s dead body in the rug. So that’s what she was doing at the campus police station earlier.

#18 Bathroom Occupied: Annalise is called over to the apartment. She wants to know what’s going on. None of her students say a word. Instead, they lead her to the bathroom for a shocking reveal.

#17 Home Court Advantage: Wes says there’s a chance that Rebecca killed Lila. Sam may have been innocent. Annalise lets her students know that they need to figure things out. The way to do that is to have a trial. Rebecca finally has her day in court right there in Annalise’s home.

#16 Let’s Get Physical: Annalise meets with Emily Sinclair, the prosecutor in Nate’s case. She claims that he followed her home after they had sex. She claims Nate and Sam got into a physical confrontation. It’s part of her effort to create reasonable doubt.

#15 Pro Life: Back in August, an angry Lila calls Sam to tell him that she’s not having an abortion. She threatens to tell Annalise. She shows up at the house. Bonnie won’t let her in.

#14 Mommy Issues?: Rebecca insinuates to Connor that Wes killed his own mother. Say what?!

#13 Eggs on my Face: Asher unwittingly reveals to his fellow students that he’s sleeping with Bonnie as Frank tries to send him home. As for the others, they shuffled Rebecca downstairs but not before she was able send someone a text using Michaela’s phone. The message reads “Eggs 911 – Lawyer’s House.”

#12 One Mother of a Rejection: Michaela meets with Aiden’s mother. She’s surprised to hear an apology. She’s trying to get her back together with her son. That’s not going to happen.

#11 Purple Power: Rebecca admits to Wes that she gave Rudy something called Purple X. It caused him to have a breakdown. It’s what led to the scratch marks on the apartment wall. Rebecca was wet the night of the murder because she was hiding in the water tank with an already-dead Lila.

#10 Gone Girl: Annalise doesn’t believe anyone has proved their case against Rebecca beyond a reasonable doubt. She heads down to the basement to talk to her before setting her free. Too bad she’s already gone.

#9 Making the Call: Nate calls Annalise. He can’t believe she wants him to trust her, but he does call the number she gave him.

#8 Love Lies: In the past, Lila hides from Griffin as he searches for her on the roof with the water tower. Later, Sam shows up. He claims he doesn’t want to be with Annalise anymore. He tells Lila he loves her.

#7 The Truth will Come Out of Your Mouth: Annalise comforts Wes. She says that Sam killed Lila because that’s the scenario that would most let them move on. She makes him say it so that it will become true.

#6 Unsuspecting Asher, Part II: Prosecutor Emily Sinclair shows up at the house to talk to Asher about Annalise.

#5 Test Results: After some tense waiting, Connor gets the news that he’s in the clear. He then learns that Oliver has tested positive for a STD.

#4 Why Don’t You Give Me a Ring Sometime: Michaela learns that Laurel had the ring she thought went missing the night they disposed of Sam’s body to keep her quiet.

#3 Dead in the Water: In the past, Rebecca found a buzzing cell phone by the water tower. She climbed up to make the horrifying discovery of Lila dead in the water.

#2 Killer Moment: Sam had left Lila claiming that he was going to break things off with Annalise. In reality, he makes a phone call to someone who owed him. A short time after that, a pair of gloved hands chokes the life out of Lila Stangard. Her killer is revealed.

#1 How to Get Away with Murder: The Sequel?: Annalise assures Wes that they will find Rebecca. She sends him home. Then she heads downstairs. She asks Frank if it was him. His answer is no. He thought it was her. They are talking about the latest curveball that has been thrown their way.
