Actor Biography

Tim Chiou is a Taiwanese American actor who has played a number of television and film roles. In 2013, Chiou won Best Actor at the NBC Short Cuts Film Festival which opened the door for NBC pilot "Tin Man."

Since then, Chiou has appeared regularly in acclaimed television shows such as "Silicon Valley" (HBO), "Interrogation" (Paramount Plus), "Seal Team" (CBS) and "Truth Be Told" (Apple TV), along with award-winning independent films including Sujata Day's directorial debut "Definition Please" and 2019's Tribeca audience award-winning film "Plus One." Chiou most recently starred in the Sundance Film Festival selection "A Simple Man."
